I have known Rob for over 8 years when we both worked for Gartner. In that time I have come to know Rob for his integrity, enthusiasm and positive approach to the human side of IT and business. Rob is an experienced and skilled facilitator and advisor. Instead of pushing a preconceived framework or methodology onto his clients, Rob actually listens to them first and makes sure he understands the underlying issues his clients are struggling with, before suggesting a way forward. In everything he does, Rob always puts the interests of his clients first and will never lose sight of the human side of the situations he finds himself dealing with.
